    Just got off the boat from an epic 1.5 day trip. Sandee at H&M landing is who I recommend to set up a company charter. She worked hard to get us the boat and day we needed and even helped us extend the trip last minute to reach the further tuna grounds. We were on the Producer and these guys run a top notch operation. Captain and crew was excellent, great clean boat, and service was legit. Got us limits on tuna and caught dinosaur rockfish and lingcod to finish out the trip.

    Boat; Horizon Been on many boat out of SD and highly recommend the Horizon. Excellent staff and captains. We limited out on bluefin tuna on our trip which was wonderful. Boat was clean, spacious and had more rail room than most. Just a wonderful experience coming from someone who had been on most of the boats out of SD.

    Went out on the Producer overnight trip out of San Diego. Boy did it "Produce" lol. We woke up at Clemente Island at about 5:30am. Once we anchored it was wide open yellowtail for about 2 hours. The boat ended with about 90 yellowtail! I ended with 4. Tom the lead deck hand was a legend. He was able to help anyone that was having trouble with tackle or getting their first bite. I forget the young kids name who was the pinhead. Had a great attitude and worked hard. Had some good conversations with him. Food/kitchen was awesome. Amazing breakfast burritos and Philly cheesesteak for lunch. Plenty of beer! Overall I'd definitely recommend.

    Loved our 2 day trip on the Legend, 7/19-7/21. We landed 2 yellowtails each. Crew was exceptional. No luck for Bluefin but a true angler knows it is hit or miss for the target gamefish. It is not the captain's fault. Captain Frank worked diligently in search of Bluefin. His tenacity was impressive.
